Therapists and coaches are trained licensed counselors, psychologists and clinical social workers with a minimum of a master’s degree in their respective fields. We make sure that we only work with experts, specialists in different fields like family and marriage, career, grief, addictions, substance abuse, childhood and adolescent counseling with hands-on experience of 2 years and above.

Accreditation is the number one requirement for all our therapists and coaches. Our professionals go through a series
of interviews and training during recruitment to make sure that you receive the best of the service.

In-Office therapy costs range from UGX 80,000 to UGX 250,000 per session
Online therapy costs range from UGX 120,000 to 300,000 per week
In-Office coaching costs range from UGX 70,000 to 150,000 per session
Online coaching costs range from UGX 80,000 to 200,000 per week

The process of matching you to a therapist/coach takes not more than 48 hours.


There are a number of options you can choose from depending on your preferences, from per session basis, to
monthly basis with 20% discount off your first payment.

In our own experience, meeting once or twice a week for 4 to 8 weeks has proved to be effective. But you and your
therapist/coach can agree on the frequency of your meetings per week depending on the challenge you’re facing.

 


Every session is one of a kind, and handles specific goals to ensure that you get much more-better with each time you
meet up with your therapist. During your sessions focus to addressing your primary issues and concerns that led you
to seek therapy. Your therapist may give you homework such as saying affirmations, reading a book, regular social
activities, or keeping recordings to track certain behavior. It is very important to integrate what you agree about with
your therapist into your daily life to ensure improvement. Make sure that you’re an active participant during and after
each session to ensure that you get the desired results.

 


Therapy/coaching is individualized and can last a few sessions to weeks depending on the challenge you’re facing.
Individuals facing a specific challenge may require a few sessions while those facing many or complex challenges
may require two or more sessions a week for several months.
